These cookies are required for the Service to function and cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality. They include cookies that:

These cookies remember choices you make to improve your experience, such as:

• Left sidebar collapsed/expanded state
• Dashboard and calendar view/filter preferences

2.3 Analytics Cookies

We use the following analytics tools to understand how visitors and users interact with our marketing site and application:

• Google Analytics — collects information such as pages viewed, session duration, navigation paths, referral source, and general device/browser/approximate geographic information (derived from IP address).
• PostHog — a product analytics tool used to understand feature usage within the application (e.g., which platform pillars, audit modules, or workflows are used most), support funnel analysis, and inform product improvements.
• Microsoft Clarity — captures usage analytics such as click patterns, scroll depth, and (where enabled) anonymized session recordings or heatmaps, to help us understand usability issues and improve the interface.
• Sentry — an error-monitoring and application-performance tool used within the Service. Sentry captures technical diagnostic data (such as browser/device information, application errors, stack traces, and performance timing) to help us detect and fix bugs, and may set cookies or use local storage to associate error events with a session. It is used solely for technical monitoring, not advertising.

Analytics data is used in aggregate to improve the Service and is not used to make individual eligibility, employment, or compliance decisions about any employee.

2.4 Marketing Cookies

On our public marketing site (88pilot.com), we use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns and to support retargeting of prior visitors with relevant ads on Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta-affiliated platforms. This may involve sharing limited, pixel-based visitor data with Meta consistent with Meta's own data practices and our advertising configuration. Marketing cookies of this kind are generally not present within the logged-in application itself, only on public-facing marketing pages.

2.5 Monitoring / Uptime Cookies

We use UptimeRobot to monitor the availability and performance of our website and Service. This may involve automated, non-personal monitoring requests to our site; UptimeRobot does not track individual visitor behavior and is used solely for infrastructure monitoring purposes.

5.1 Browser Controls

Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through their settings. Note that blocking essential cookies will likely prevent you from logging in or using core features of the Service.

5.2 Analytics Opt-Out

Where we use third-party analytics tools that offer their own opt-out mechanisms (e.g., a browser add-on to disable a specific analytics provider), we will make those opt-out links available on our website's cookie or privacy settings page.

5.3 State Privacy Law Opt-Outs

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, or targeted advertising, as those terms are defined under applicable state law. We do not sell personal information. To the extent our use of analytics or marketing cookies constitutes "sharing" or a similar regulated activity under applicable state law, you may submit an opt-out request using the contact information in Section 7, or, if we implement a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link on our site, through that mechanism.

5.4 Do Not Track

Our systems do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
